On Saturday November 28th from 10am-3pm located in activity room B7 at Thornhill Community Centre,
IN Counselling will host a workshop on Depression and Anxiety, examining the connections between our
thoughts and our feelings. We will provide behavioural strategies and coping tools you can implement in
stressful and distressful situations. Our primary goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to
manage your symptoms of depression and anxiety along with improving quality of life. Cost is $120. To

Counselling will host our Stress Management Lab workshop. The Stress Management model
incorporates various coping strategies for stress tolerance such as relaxation techniques and effectively
managing your life demands both personally and professionally. This group will explore various stresses
in your life and will provide a better understand on the effect stress has on your life. We will help you

And on Saturday December 12th at 10am-3pm located in activity room B7 at Thornhill Community
Centre, IN Counselling will host a workshop on Managing Your Difficult Teen. Are you frustrated with
your teenager’s behaviour and you are out of solutions? This workshop seeks to increase your ability to
understand your teenager and implement various tools and strategies to manage your stress levels and
de-escalate unwanted behaviours. This workshop is designed to improve your overall communication
with your teenager and start building a better, stronger relationship with your teenager. Cost is $120. To
